Bookings
Bookings are non-cancellable.
Up to 48 hours before the start of your booked experience, you can reschedule your booking free of charge to another available date. Simply send us an email with your desired new date to info@maranja.at. If you do not find a new date immediately, we will gladly issue a credit voucher, which you can use to rebook at your convenience.
In case of heavy rain or severe weather, we reserve the right to postpone your tour on short notice. In this case, the booking can be rescheduled free of charge to another available date or refunded as a credit voucher. Simply send us an email with your new preferred date to info@maranja.at.

Vouchers
Purchased vouchers are credit vouchers and can be redeemed for any available experience. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. The prices at the time of booking the experience will apply.
Vouchers that are not fully redeemed retain their remaining value until the end of their validity period. A payout of the remaining value is not possible.

Procedure
If you do not arrive at the agreed meeting point within 15 minutes of your booked start time, we reserve the right to forfeit your booking without compensation. Please ensure you are punctual. If you foresee any delay, please contact us immediately by phone.
The maximum play duration per booking is 2.5 hours. The game master will attempt to guide you through all the puzzles within this time. If time constraints arise, parts of the tour may be skipped.
During the game, all players must remain aware of their surroundings. Particularly when crossing streets, players should not be looking at the tablet or game objects.
Players must handle the tablet and all game objects with care to minimize the risk of damage.
Players agree that during the game, their location and inputs on the tablet will be transmitted to the game master to ensure an optimal gaming experience.
All rules and laws must be adhered to. Players are especially prohibited from entering unauthorized areas or causing damage to the environment.

Cancellation Policy
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for delivered physical products, provided they are not personalized.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (D&F Solutions GmbH, Ernest-Thun-Straße 2a, 5020 Salzburg) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
You may also complete and submit the withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically. If you choose this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal by email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Services with a fixed booking date
Contracts for the supply of personalized goods
Contracts for the supply of purely digital goods
